This is a static information website. There are no user accounts, web forms, newsletter subscriptions, embedded analytics scripts or advertising trackers. No personal information is intentionally collected through interactive website features.

Technical connection data, including IP addresses, timestamps, requested paths, browser information and HTTP status codes, may nevertheless be processed by the infrastructure providers to deliver and protect the site. 3. Infrastructure and hosting

Hetzner — web hosting

The website is hosted on infrastructure operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Access and security logs may be processed for site delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. According to the existing hosting information, server logs are generally retained for 7–30 days.

Cloudflare — CDN and security

Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, provides CDN and protection services. Connection metadata, including IP addresses, request details, timestamps and user agents, may be processed. IONOS — email infrastructure

Emails sent to the published contact address are handled using a self-hosted mail system on infrastructure of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Email addresses, message content and technical delivery data are processed to respond to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where relevant, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Statutory retention duties may apply.

4. Postal correspondence

Postal correspondence to the operator is handled by Impressum-Privatschutz GmbH, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, 20459 Hamburg, Germany, as part of the address protection service. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further details: provider privacy information.

5. Cookies and third-party content

The static Koxora website itself does not set analytics, marketing or preference cookies, and it does not load third-party fonts or embeds. Infrastructure-level security measures operated by Cloudflare may involve technically necessary identifiers or cookies depending on the active Cloudflare settings. A consent banner is not implemented for this website; optional cookie-dependent services must not be enabled without revisiting this notice and applicable consent requirements.

6. Retention

Technical logs are kept only as necessary for the purposes described; retention varies by provider and security configuration. Based on the existing setup, Hetzner access logs are generally retained for 7–30 days and Cloudflare connection logs generally for up to 30 days, while security records may be kept longer. Email correspondence is retained only as necessary or as required by law.
